The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of food like toast, muffins, and scrambled eggs. It was a nice way to kick off our day. Our double room had heaters, but the air conditioning wasn't working. It also had a TV for entertainment. 🍳

Even though room hadn't been set up for us, hotel staff did help with bags so we could move rooms. Loved having access to a trolley to take bags upstairs initially - v. useful as arrived alone with 18 month old toddler and needed to get everything in in one hit. Breakfast might be simple but it's good enough and being part of the room rate means you don't have to go hunting for something cheaper when you'd prefer to be getting on the road.
I had the sofa-bed with my son and it wasn't very comfortable. Had springs in my back for most of the night.

Very convenient location for access to M40.
A minor thing, but the TV couldn't pick up any channels.
